The people who don’t fit in a box whose output is ‘value created’ not ‘hours worked’
The Industrial Age brought us homogenous ‘build once, sell many’ economies of scale.
But growth in the Network Age depends on the people who see round corners.
The lauding of entrepreneurs is only the start.
We’ll really notice when the ‘If this then that’ lawyers, accountants, doctors and factory workers become the commodities of our time.
Linky brains are the scarce resource in this world.
If you have one, nurture it. It’s the most precious asset we have.
