I heard this the other day from a senior person in that world.

Chimes with something Ive been thinking for a while..

Who would you back to win ? A salaryman who wouldn’t get his bonus or entrepreneur who wouldn’t eat?

Was an interesting POV — basically the idea is that the incentives are wrong.

A case of Charlie Munger’s “show me the incentive and I’ll show you the outcome” and Taleb’s skin in the game being everything?
