Please do not feel guilty if you do not really want to scale your company

I have posted before that 99% of businesses aren’t right for venture capital.

Tech world lives everyday with peers ‘raising big funds’ with the goal of ‘building mega companies’.

Which is 👍.

Love that.

But here is some heresy…..

I see many many people who think they want to build a big company because everyone else is.

But they don’t really want to. Not deep down.

And that’s ok.

You don’t have to just because everyone else is.
