Are Linky Brains the most under-utilised resource on the planet šŸŒ ?

We know humanity has lots of problems.

And that ā€˜factory ageā€™ problem solving is an inefficient, slow, method which is only going to become less economic when linear tasks become automated.

It has brought me to wonder:

In a networked world how might humanity harness resources differently and more efficiently?

And what if the answer exists under our noses? What if

Non- linear people are THE problem solving resource of the 21st century.

And what if they are everywhere, hidden, and massively under-utilised within the current system. How could we change that?

Letā€™s play this outā€¦

Linkys are currently islands

I know a lot of linky, non-linear people now and they typically share 2 common traits

1 / they have brilliant minds, often unrecognised and

2 / they are massively under-utilised

Almost all report to feeling like this:

Yet they are a problem solving accelerant. They are massively fast at solving things yet are made to feel guilty. This sums up both their superpower and their kryptonite:

Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didnā€™t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. Thatā€™s because they were able to connect experiences theyā€™ve had and synthesize new things. (Steve Jobs)

The recent spate of posts weā€™ve had confirms both the superpower AND the kryptonite ā€“ there is a deep feeling of isolation. Factory world environments suppress this resource and mistrust the speed they solve problems.

There are millions of linkys out there.

We have had thousands of responses from these ā€˜leap makersā€™ in in just 17 days. Probabilistically there must be millions out there.

They are hidden in plain sight. Working for KPMG, as consultants or writing adsā€¦trust me, they are everywhere.

What an incredible untapped resource this would be if they could work as a collective?

What would happen if we harnesse this capacityā€¦?

There is so much excess capacity

What if these mutants became aware of their superpower?

What if society could harness this for good?

What if we could find, empower and plug them all into the Matrix?

Collectively how powerful could that resource be?

Linky Brains is exploring where you can take this. I donā€™t know if it ends in level 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Letā€™s seeā€¦

Hope the community will help tell me how this could play outā€¦www.linkybrains.com
